Front & Back Porch Handrails
Share
The Mannings Home
These handrails were required for code on this new build as the porch was over a 30" drop. The front porch consisted of 2 separate handrails and the back patio was made as one long cohesive handrail.
Custom mounts and base plates were made to fit the spaces where the railings would be installed. Some were secured to a stud on the house and others were secured into the stone columns. (As requested by the homeowner) Finished with black satin paint as the homeowner was going for a more matte look.
*All paint wears overtime from UV Rays. Touch up and maintenance will be required overtime to upkeep the appearance of your home. Gloss finish paint always offers the highest UV protection and will last longer than a satin finish or matte finish, which offers significantly less protection and is higher maintenance on upkeep.
